Great attempt. Only few things, value of the color and proportion of the face to improve. Remaining is so good.

Great painting. The eyes are looking very beautiful, so the nose and lips. Facial features are painted nicely. I believe background could have been little lighter since your foreground was dark. Light eliment is perfectly shown in facial and kurta, that is left side is lighter than right side. Keep practising and keep up the good work.
