A mindful drawing technique that uses repetitive, relaxing patterns to reduce stress and enhance focus. As you find your peaceful flow on the canvas, you’ll learn to create structured yet free-flowing designs and craft visually balanced artwork through thoughtful pattern placement and layered techniques.
