1. What is the best thing about being an artist?
The ability to create your own world with a new era.
 

2. Teaching or Painting – What do you enjoy doing the most?
Painting, as a Freelance Artist.
 

3. What inspires you?
Nature, Women and Child Art.
 

4. How do you manage to work across such a wide variety of mediums?
When I work, I care for the subject only.


5. How do you rate Camel products? What you think is missing in the range?
Camel products are nice, but what I'm missing are more shades in the ranges and nicer brushes.


6. How and when did you decide to join the world of art?

I had already decided to be an artist since early childhood. Since I was 9 years old I wanted to do something different.


7. Which is the most memorable series or shows you have worked on?
“LA DOLCE VITA”, Clown, Nayika are my most memorable of series.


8. Do you try to convey something through your work? Can you give us some examples of the messages you have tried to convey through your paintings in the past?

I always input a social massage or comment in my paintings, about women and nature or different aspects of village or metropolitan city and society life.


9. Who are your favourite artists? Both, the ones from past and from the current list?

“Vincent Van Gog”, Salvador Dali and any art done by little children.


10. If you were not an artist, what would you be?
An actor or a doctor.


11. Do you interact with the audience? Please tell us about the most memorable interactions you have had?
My most memorable interaction was with students at Mayo College, Ajmer, the International University, Bussan (South Korea) and I have also enjoyed discussing contempary and Folk Art in India and at the National Museum, Prague.
