The objective of the hobby art course is that ; more people get state-of-the-art tuitions for learning hobby activities that can enable them to learn and teach the art of colouring various surfaces using Camel colours. With these skills, they can learn as well as teach the art of coloring various surfaces using Camel colours.

These sessions shall be taught through Camlin's recognised and authorised tutors, who have over the years pledged themselves to forward the cause of Camlin, and are successfully trained individuals in various professions like architecture, commercial art, textile designing etc.

Not only have these tutors masterminded the content of the programme, but they have also carved a future for candidates who are now renowned in their professions. They have also influenced housewives and ensured that they make use of their free time and earn an extra income for their households.

		NCRT and other government organisations have made it mandatory for teachers to enhance their learning by taking external professional courses to improve their skills and add to their Curriculum Vitae. There definitely is a need to create more awareness amongst art teachers and update their learning methods to teach students. Camlin decided to exploit this need and use its seventy-seven year old legacy to woo teachers to come forward and participate in some excellent courses offered. 		Basic Brush Techniques with Single and Multiple Colours These techniques will enable the students to practice strokes of different nature; bold, thin or even curved. The objective is to steady the hand, control the brush and cover maximum area with measured quantity of colour.

		Block Printing It is one of the oldest printing techniques of using colours to create designs on various surfaces and has now progressed from using carved wooden blocks to cut or sliced vegetables, use of string and threads, marbling & batik that impart a natural design.
		Design Tracing & Placement Use of tracing papers with pre-printed designs and guidance to balance / place designs on various surfaces like garments, glass, wood etc.
		Mixing colours, Use of Mediums & Fabric Glue It teaches you how to blend colours in the right quantity to get the exact desired shade, using different mediums to enhance the beauty of your design and also the use of fabric glue. With fabric glue, one can fix his/her masterpiece by artistically placing embellishments on the garment to make it a designer outfit!
		Using Fine Liners & 3D Glitters The outlining of your design is important for people to understand what your design is all about. Camel Fine Liners are steady and smooth liners that enhances your design and does wonders for it. 3D Glitters add that diamond sparkle and dimensional depth to proudly show off your designs.
